Mute a conversation

Mute a conversation

If there is a conversation that is happening within a group of people of three or more and you do not want to get a new email every time someone responds back with a reply-all then you may mute the conversation. Often times you will not see this option, this means that this is a conversation between two people and cannot be muted. To do so follow these instructions:

  • Select the message/conversation in question
  • Click the more button
  • Select mute
  • If you reply to the conversation then it will automatically unmute
