How to sign in to Atomic Learning

Atomic Learning offers 24/7 access to professional development resources and just-in-time training and support for over 205 software applications and technologies, such as Google's services, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Moodle, Keynote, and the iPad, to name a few. Their training resources are available through a series of one- to three-minute video tutorials. You can watch a video that is geared towards a specific topic or “how to” question, or you can view a series of videos to master an entire software application.

Accessing Atomic Learning’s Resources From a Computer

  • To access Atomic Learning’s Resources, go to http://www.goshen.edu/atomiclearning
    You will be directed to our Moodle site to log in, and then forwarded on to Atomic Learning’s site.  

Accessing Training Videos

  • Training that has been assigned to you is accessible by clicking on the My Training tab, and then looking in either Assigned Training or Recommended Training. If you do not see any training videos that are supposed to be either assigned to your or recommended to you, contact the Help Desk at (574) 535-7700 or helpdesk@goshen.edu for assistance. 
  • You can also search for training videos by clicking on the Search tab and then enter key words, or leave it blank to browse all available courses, and then click on the Search button.

 

Accessing Atomic Learning’s Resources From an iOS Device

  • on your iOS device, go to the App Store and download the free Atomic Learning app
  • Launch the app on your iOS device and then do the following:
    • tap Log In
    • tap Login Assistance
    • enter in your GC email address  (note, if you have an email alias, you must enter in your actual GC email address)
    • an email will be sent to you. Open that email message and click on the link provided to set up your password
  • After you set up your password, you will need to go to the Atomic Learning app on your iOS device
    • enter your username, which is your GC email address.
    • enter your password Click Go to log in

If at any time your change your GC password, you will need to also change the password in the iOS app

  • Launch the app on your iOS device and then do the following:
    • in the upper right corner, tap on your email address
    • tap Login Assistance
    • enter in your GC email address  (note, if you have an email alias, you must enter in your actual GC email address)
    • an email will be sent to you. Open that email message and click on the link provided to set up your password
  • After you set up your password, you will need to go to the Atomic Learning app on your iOS device
    • enter your username, which is your GC email address.
    • enter your password Click Go to log in
