Record a video on your iPad, and then upload it to Moodle. Important note: Moodle has a 48MB size limit on the files that can be uploaded. Please make sure your video is smaller than 48MB. If your video is larger than 48MB, see further below for additional instructions.

Instructions to upload the video:

  1. On your iPad, open a web browser and go to and log in with your GC username and password.
  2. Find this course, "Moodle 101," and under Topic 6, tap on the assignment of "Upload a video from your iPad's Camera Roll."
  3. Tap on the Add Submission button.
  4. Tap on the box where it says, "You can drag and drop files her to add them."
  5. Tap on Upload a File.
  6. Tap on Choose File.
  7. Tap on Photo Library.
  8. Either tap on All Photos, or tap on Videos.
  9. Tap on the video that you recorded on your iPad so that a check mark appears on the video.
  10. Tap Done.
  11. Tap Use.
  12. Tap on the Upload This File button.
  13. Tap on Save.

If your video is larger than 48MB, instead upload your video to YouTube and then share the video link with your professor with these instructions
