What ITS can do to fix your computer Information Technology Services will provide support at no-charge for students who need assistance with connectivity to the Goshen College network and web services. This includes assistance in the following areas:
*Note that depending on the operating system version, or hardware, we cannot guarantee that all devices or computers will be able to connect to our network and web services. We can no longer offer support connectivity for computers running Windows XP or earlier, or Mac OS 10.6 or earlier. Problems Information Technology Services CANNOT Fix on student computers
In some cases, the ITS Help Desk can provide advice, documentation and free software to help you solve these computer problems or at least diagnose what the problem is.

Information Technology Services will provide support at no-charge for retired employees who need assistance with connectivity to following areas:
Employees of Information Technology Services cannot make house calls to retiree’s homes, therefore the retiree needing assistance must bring their computer or handheld device to the ITS Department to receive assistance with Goshen College Gmail, Calendar and Drive. If circumstances prevent the retiree from being able to come to campus, the retiree can hire an approved Student Technology Assistant to address Google app connectivity issues. In some cases, Information Technology Services can provide advice, documentation and free software to help retirees solve general computer problems or at least diagnose what the problem is. But, in the event that they cannot, the retiree can hire a Student Technology Assistant to help resolve personal computer issues, or other technical issues. *Note that depending on operating systems or versions, or hardware, we cannot guarantee that all devices or computers will be able to connect to our services.
