Syncing Shared Calendars To your Device

If someone has shared a calendar with you, and it is not showing up in the Calendar application on your iPhone, iPad, Android, or other device, use these instructions to make the shared calendar show up: 

  1. open a web browser on your device
  2. go to calendar.google.com/calendar/syncselect
  3. if prompted, sign in with your Goshen College email address and password
  4. scroll down to the hared Calendars area
  5. select which calendars you want to sync to the iPad
  6. click Save
  7. open the Calendar application on your device. The appointments from the shared calendar should start appearing.
