Cannot print from Virtual Computer

If you are unable to print from your Windows Virtual Computer, the problem is probably due to your computer's hard drive has filling up with temp files that should have gone away automatically, but did not. Do the following to restore your ability to print:

  • Go onto the M: drive to M:\Support\Utility\Remove Adobe files from Temp Folder
  • Double-click to run the DelAdobeTempFiles.bat file.
  • If you are prompted, click on Run.
  • You'll see a black window briefly appear and then disappear. When it is gone, the process is complete and you will be able to print again.
